I think my most frequent request for an update is my bra page. So here it is. I have included pictures in various size
bras. It just goes to show there is no consistency in sizing. The red bra and the white bra in the next couple rows are 38J Fantasie bras. For sake of comparison, I took a picture of the white bra I am wearing on a basketball. Although I am shaped quite different than a basketball, it can show you the size comparison. And for another visual since you will never see my bare areola, they are 3-4" wide (oblong), about the size of an average coffee cup. So think of me next time you drink coffee. LOL My breasts have grown some over the last couple years. I have gone from a ddd/g to a KK/L. I went to the doctor about it since it is unusual and I experience some soreness from time to time. He had no explanation. My mammogram came out fine. For those who have never had the pleasure of experiencing a mammogram, there are exercises to prepare for one at the bottom of this page. I stay very solid and firm even at the larger size. Thanks to good genes, even at a KK cup I can still go braless (as you can see on my braless page). Many women are afraid of their first mammogram, but there is no need to worry. By taking a few minutes each
day for a week preceding the exam and doing the following exercises, you will be totally prepared for the test. And best of all, you can do these simple exercises right in your home.
EXERCISE ONE:
Open your refrigerator door and insert one breast in door. Shut as hard as possible and lean on the door for
good measure. Hold that position for five seconds. Repeat again in case the first time wasn't effective enough.
EXERCISE TWO:
Visit your garage at 3 a.m. when the temperature of the concrete floor is Just perfect. Take off all your
clothes and lie comfortably on the floor with one breast wedged under the rear tire of the car. Ask a friend to slowly back the car up until your breast is sufficiently flattened and chilled. Turn over and repeat with the other breast.
EXERCISE THREE:
Freeze two metal bookends over night. Strip to the waist. Invite a stranger into the room. Press the
bookends against one of your breasts. Smash the bookends together as hard as you can. Set up an appointment with the stranger to meet next year and do it again. |
